Satang Janneh

Satang Janneh is a Principal of Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. She provides audit, tax and consulting services to clients in real estate, affordable housing, and not-for-profit organizations (including OMB uniform guidance). Satang’s expertise also includes financial and compliance audits for HUD and low-income housing projects.

In addition to her client engagements, Satang’s responsibilities include training staff on audit and accounting, including affordable housing audit engagements. With 23 years of experience providing services to a variety of real estate, commercial and not-for-profit clients, Satang is responsible for numerous audits in the low-income housing and not-for-profit industries. In addition, she has significant experience with Board governance issues for a variety of real estate and not-for-profit organizations.

Satang believes that clients always come first and delivers what they want on a timely basis while always being available when they have any questions or concerns.

Prior to joining Prager Metis, Satang was a Principal at D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP whose downstate offices combined with Prager Metis in January 2020.
