Johann Bester

Johann Bester is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and analysis. Currently serving as a Tech Lead and Senior Analyst Developer at Pragma Global since June 2009, Johann has developed expertise in implementing and maintaining the Pragma EAMS OnKey system, focusing on Agile Methodology principles. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at Vanguard Software Solutions and Barone, Budge and Dominick, as well as software development at Altech Isis and Lanner Fleet Management, where Johann contributed to both embedded systems and production systems development. Johann holds a National Diploma in IT, specializing in Software Development, from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
