Kribban Coopoosamy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kribban began their career in 1994 as an Electrical Fitter at Transnet Engineering before transitioning to a Senior Engineering Planner role in 2001. In 2008, they joined Parmalat SA (Pty) Ltd as a Maintenance Planner, followed by a position as an Engineering Maintenance Planner at Aspen Pharma Group in 2009. In 2012, they became an Asset Care Engineer at Pragma Global, later advancing to Business Area Manager and then Sector Executive in Manufacturing and Automotive. In 2021, they took on the role of Business Development Executive - Manufacturing and Retail before becoming the Head of Partnerships at Pragma Global in October 2022. Additionally, in 2017, they became a Director at Pragma Africa BEE Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Kribban Coopoosamy pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Nelson Mandela University during 2004-2011. Prior to that, from 1994-1997, they attended Transnet Training Board where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Lastly, they completed their secondary education at Woolhope Secondary School during 1981-1991.
