Kareem Barghouti

Kareem Barghouti is the co-founder and CEO of VastBiome. Kareem has over 9 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on digital marketing and product management. Prior to VastBiome, Kareem was a Sr. Program Manager at Google, where they oversaw the operational processes for scrubbing millions of SMB accounts to enhance customer segmentation across global programs. Kareem also led the N.A. Mentorship and New Business Associate training and development programs. In their role at VastBiome, Kareem is responsible for the company's overall strategy and operations. Under their leadership, VastBiome has raised over $5M in seed funding and is on track to become the leading provider of microbiome data and analysis tools.

Kareem Barghouti has a Bachelors of Science from UC Irvine in Biological Sciences, an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in Healthcare, and a degree in Physics from the University of Sussex.
