Ramiro Rincón Vides

Ramiro Rincón Vides has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ramiro is currently working at PRAGMA as the Commercial and Projects Director, where they focus on transforming retail and financial companies through initiatives like e-commerce, data governance, and digital product development. Prior to this, Ramiro completed their MBA at Universidad Nebrija in 2022.

Before their current position, they worked at Tigo for over a decade in various roles. As the Retail Country Manager, they created retail strategies to increase market share and managed key accounts. Ramiro also served as the Commercial Transformation Manager, responsible for planning budgets and negotiating contracts for commercial operations. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager and a CW & Telecom Projects Implementation Specialist, where they designed and implemented network solutions for B2B clients and events.

Ramiro's career began at Metro IP Colombia as a Networking Engineer, where they planned and expanded wireless internet services and developed a team of technical experts.

Throughout their career, Ramiro has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, project management, budgeting, negotiation, and team development.

Ramiro Rincón Vides has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Nebrija, which they obtained between 2021 and 2022. Ramiro also holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad del Norte and a Project Management Specialist certification from Universidad EAN. Ramiro completed their high school education at Colegio del Sagrado Corazón. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Commerce Management Certification - Level 1 from EICOM Institute, AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
