Joseph Geraghty

Joseph Geraghty is an experienced leader in customer success and solutions engineering, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Skillz Inc. since April 2021. Joseph's tenure includes a remarkable focus on optimizing onboarding processes and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic alignment with developer preferences. Prior to Skillz Inc., Joseph held significant positions at Singular and Branch, where achievements included reducing contract churn and enhancing customer retention through innovative team leadership and process improvements. Joseph co-founded Fan Stream Inc., where a P2P mobile app was developed before acquisition, and has a solid foundation in product innovation demonstrated during a tenure at Talkwheel, leading to a substantial revenue increase pre-acquisition. Joseph's career began with web development roles at educational institutions and a co-founding venture in web design.
