Milind D. has a strong background in various roles and industries. Milind started their career as a Jr. Engineer at Roplas (I) Limited in 1992 and worked there until 1994. Milind then joined Ador Samia Limited as a Manager Design, where they successfully executed prestigious projects and designed special projects. In 2001, Milind joined Incotec Software as the Head of the Manufacturing Practice and stayed there until 2011. Following that, they worked as the Head of the Manufacturing Practice at Sigma Optima Solutions Pvt. Limited from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Milind joined Pragmasys Consulting LLP, initially as a Senior Consultant and later became the Center Head of the Kothrud Office.
Milind D. started their education at Nutan Marathi Vidyalaya, where the specific field of study and degree obtained are unknown. From 1988 to 1992, they attended Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, Milind pursued a Master's in Computer Management at the Institute of Management and Carrier Cources Pune. Lastly, from 1994 to 1997, they attended the Institute of Management Social Sciences & Research, where they earned an MBA in Systems from Pune University.
