Richard has over 20 years of experience as a quality leader and project manager with multi-billion dollar organizations such as GE. He has attained knowledge and perspective that translates into solutions and value for his clients.

Richard has worked with titles such as Project Manager, Manager Shop Operations, Life Cycle Cost Leader, and Quality Leader at a global level. His education consists of a Master of Science in Education from Providence College, a BS in electrical engineering from Virginia Military Institute, an advanced manager's Course, along with lead ISO auditor. Richard is a motivational leader with the proven ability to effectively manage personnel and projects. He excels at analyzing products and procedures to generate new ideas to improve efficiency, production and quality.
