Ashiq Ahamed

Ashiq Ahamed is an experienced professional in the field of sustainability and environmental engineering, currently serving as the Sustainability Lead at Pragmatic since September 2021. Ahamed has held notable positions such as Senior Research and Development Engineer and served as an Industrial Resident and Visiting Researcher at the Henry Royce Institute until December 2024. Additional experience includes a role as Secondee at the Sustainable Materials Innovation Hub and Research Associate at the NEWRI Ecosystem from January 2018 to August 2021. Ahamed completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Life Cycle Assessment at Åbo Akademi University from 2018 to 2021, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Anna University Chennai from 2006 to 2010.
