Markus Koch

Markus Koch currently serves as the Chief Product Officer for Insurtech at Swisscom and a member of the Advisory Board at Pragmatica AG. With a strong background in insurance and product management, Markus has previously held various leadership roles at smile.direct versicherungen, including Head of Customer Proposition Management, Head of Customer Operations, and Head of Insurance Management, where significant achievements included enhancing customer touchpoints and streamlining operational processes. Prior experience includes positions at LeasePlan (Schweiz) AG as Department Head of Insurance and extensive roles at Zürich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG, where Markus progressed from Junior Product Manager to Leiter Produktmanagement Zurich Connect. A sabbatical was also taken after experiences in Central America. Prior to the insurance sector, Markus worked as a personal assistant to DJ Antoine, managing strategic initiatives and public relations.
