Allyn Van Hout has been in the workforce since 2006, beginning with a role as Assistant Store Manager at Jiffy Lube. In 2009, they moved to Nordstrom as a Department Manager, where they managed and facilitated a $5 Million Shoe Department, planned scheduling and budgeting for the department, and was responsible for hiring and building an assistant management team.
