Amy Wilcox, PHR, serves as a Human Resources Program & Project Manager at American Family Insurance, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing sales events and programs to support sales growth. With extensive experience in human resources, Amy has held various roles, including University Recruiting & Early Career Program Manager, where a focus on attracting diverse talent was paramount. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Summit Credit Union, Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon.com, and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Dental Health Associates of Madison. Amy also has a background as a Human Resources Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Amy is a certified Les Mills group exercise instructor at Sun Prairie Athletic Club.
