Brent Theisen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Brent began their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at Scheels All Sports, where they quickly progressed to become a Specialty Shop Manager. During their time at Scheels, Brent excelled in various areas, including merchandise ordering, customer service, employee management, and sales performance. Their dedication and success were recognized with the "One of the Best in the Corporation" mark.
In 2013, Brent joined IBM as an Inside Sales Expense Financial Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and reporting expense figures, forecasting expenses, and utilizing predictive analytics to identify potential issues. Brent also supported executives by monitoring and reporting expense activity and providing insights on causes and solutions for future issues.
Since 2014, Brent has been working at Forum Communications Co. Brent initially joined as a Circulation Director/Sales Analyst and was later promoted to Director of Pricing & Customer Analytics. In this role, they contributed to the optimization of processes and revenue generation through streamlining operations and introducing standardized budgeting methods. Brent also played a key role in strategic initiatives such as the Revenue Generation Task Force and the Artificial Intelligence Committee.

Brent Theisen's education history begins with their completion of a General Studies High School Diploma at Rocori High School from 2004 to 2007.
