Vincent Diraddo

Vincent DiRaddo has extensive experience in finance and administration, with a focus on accounting and finance functions, as well as oversight of information technology, human resources, and operational matters. VINCENT has held positions such as Director of Finance & Administration at Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., where they supported investment banking, ESOP advisory, business valuation, and ownership transition services. VINCENT also served as a Corporate Controller at Staveley Services North America, overseeing the accounting department's activities and implementing financial controls and procedures. Additionally, DiRaddo worked as a Chief Financial Officer at Opticor Inc., managing finance and administrative departments and leading acquisition initiatives. Prior to these roles, they held various positions at The Heico Companies, including Vice President of Finance, Audit and Management Services, and Subsidiary Operations.
