Joshua Ackley

Joshua Ackley is an experienced electrician currently employed at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) since August 2022 and Prairie Electric since February 2022. Prior to these roles, Joshua served as a volunteer firefighter for Clearwater Fire Dept from July 2014 to February 2023 and completed an electrical apprenticeship at IBEW 292 from May 2017 to October 2022. Joshua's early career includes a pre-apprentice electrician position at Mortenson in late 2016 and multiple roles as a route driver at Dr Pepper / 7UP and Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company. Additionally, Joshua worked as a school bus driver and mechanic helper from October 2007 to July 2011 and gained culinary experience as a line cook at Lafayette Country Club and a grill cook at Edina Country Club. Joshua holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes International Minnesota.
