Allison Trautman is a dedicated mental health professional with a diverse background in healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as a Mental Health Practitioner at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals since May 2021 and as a Mental Health Technician at Prairie St. John's, Allison has developed a strong foundation in mental health support. Prior experience includes roles at Churches United for the Homeless as Front Office staff, and independent positions at LimeLife by Alcone and Damsel in Defense, focusing on wellness and self-defense. Allison's earlier career includes positions at Archway Marketing Services as a Royalty Analyst, APAC Customer Services as a Microsoft Online Services Representative, and Microsoft as a Bookstore Account Manager, demonstrating versatility across various industries. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rasmussen College.
