Lisa Richmond is a Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive experience in social services and mental health. Currently pursuing certification to assess and treat personality disorders, Lisa previously worked as a Needs Assessment Counselor at Prairie St. John's from September 2020 to October 2023. Through an internship at Benson Psychological Services, Lisa conducted diagnostic assessments for forensic clients under the supervision of Dr. Stacey Benson. Additional roles include serving as a Case Manager for Dual Diagnosis Tenants and Member Relations Director at Churches United For Homeless, managing overflow shelter sites, and working as a Triage Phone Specialist for North Dakota's Suicide Prevention Line. Lisa's background also includes managing statewide housing initiatives and serving as a writer and editor for the Connecticut Humanities Council. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in History and American Studies from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in English from Luther College.
