Kathy Booton Wilson

Adjunct Faculty at Prairie State College

Kathy Booton Wilson has extensive experience in leadership and education, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer at Deborah's Place since December 1987. Kathy also contributes as President in a volunteer capacity at Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control since July 2007. In addition, Kathy has held the position of Adjunct Faculty at Prairie State College since January 2006, teaching Introduction to Social Work and Introduction to Sociology. Previously, Kathy worked as a Special Projects Accounting Assistant at the American College of Surgeons from 1983 to 1987. Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and French from Beloit College.
