Brett Cummins

Brett Cummins has extensive experience in various legal roles, including as a Staff Attorney at Prairie State Legal Services, focusing on civil litigation, family law, and real estate law. Prior to this, Brett worked as an Attorney in private practice and as a Project Supervisor for the City of Miami Beach overseeing park maintenance and revitalization projects. Brett has also served as a Senior Assistant Public Defender handling trials, appeals, and juvenile cases at the DuPage County Public Defender's Office. With a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Brett brings a wealth of legal knowledge and experience to their roles.
