Carla Selk is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting and assurance services. Currently serving as Manager of Financial Reporting at PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. since September 2022, Carla previously held the position of Lead for Financial Reporting at Obsidian Energy Ltd. from November 2017 to September 2022, focusing on external reporting, compliance, and deferred income tax calculations. Prior to this, Carla spent over 13 years at MNP, progressing from a role in the Assurance Services team for small businesses to Senior Manager, contributing to various groups within assurance and accounting consulting. Carla holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Calgary and a Chartered Accountant designation from the CA School of Business.
