Gailon Jacobs

Gailon (Gail) Jacobs is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as an Advisor at Praisidio since May 2024, Gail has previously held significant roles at Guardant Health, including Vice President of People and Senior Director of People Centers of Excellence, driving HR strategies from June 2017 to May 2024. Prior consulting experience with Get-Attention LLC from January 2014 to February 2020 focused on enhancing HR operations and talent acquisition processes. Previous positions included Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at RMS and Senior Manager of Global Recruiting Services at CDM Smith, where comprehensive global strategies were developed and implemented.
