Shilpa Bakhru

Shilpa Bakhru has over 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Shilpa worked at Praj Industries as the Head of Human Resources for the Engineering Business, focusing on aligning corporate strategy with business unit goals and strengthening employee-management relations. Shilpa was responsible for organizational planning, development, and implementing effective HR programs. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR at the R&D Innovation Centre at Praj Industries.

Shilpa also worked at BILT as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, where they were involved in various areas such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, grievance management, and employee engagement.
