Rick Hafey

Rick Hafey has extensive work experience in sales and business development within the telecommunications industry. Rick currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Pramana since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of US MSO Sales at Ribbon Communications from 2021 to 2023.

Rick also has a long history with Infinera, where they held multiple roles including VP North America Cable/ MSO from 2020 to 2021, Vice President of Strategic Sales from 2018 to 2020, and Sr. Director of Sales from 2006 to 2018.

Before joining Infinera, Rick worked at Sasken Communication Technologies as the Worldwide Sales Head of their Networks Business Unit from 2005 to 2006. Rick also served as the VP Sales & Business Development at Sasken Network Systems from 2004 to 2005.

In the earlier stages of their career, Rick held sales director positions at CIENA from 2001 to 2004, Lucent Technologies from 1998 to 2000, and AT&T from 1993 to 1998.

Rick Hafey's education journey began in 1984 when they attended East Longmeadow High School until 1987. Following their high school graduation, they pursued higher education at Clark University from 1987 to 1991. During their time at Clark University, Rick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Business Management.
