David Munn

David Munn has extensive work experience in various legal roles. David worked at Pramata from 2008 until their recent departure in June 2022. During their time at Pramata, they served as the General Counsel and Secretary, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information about customer relationships. David also held the role of Advisor and outside counsel after stepping back from their leadership position.

Additionally, Munn served as an Advisory Board Member at Empathic Clinical Suite from 2013 to 2017. David was actively involved in the Association of Corporate Counsel - Minnesota Chapter, holding positions such as Director, Vice President, President, and Director and Treasurer. In these roles, they provided valuable resources and support for the in-house legal community in Minnesota.

Prior to their time at Pramata, Munn worked at FICO as the Director - Legal from 2001 to 2007. David also served as the General Counsel at Pella Corporation from 1991 to 2000. Overall, Munn's work experience showcases their expertise in the legal field, particularly in roles related to corporate counsel and advisory positions.

David Munn has a JD degree in Law from Yale Law School. David also holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in the same field of study.
