Rinokrishna P R began their work experience as an Assistant Professor at Sri Krishna Institute Of Technology in June 2017, where they worked in Electronics and Communication System for two years. They then moved on to work as an Associate Consultant at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.) from July 2019 to April 2020. In this role, they were also a subject matter expert in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, and Management courses for Careerlab's profile building. Currently, Rinokrishna is working at Pramata as a Customer Lead since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Associate at Pramata from August 2020.

Rinokrishna P R completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electronics and Communication Systems from Sri Krishna Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Calicut, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
