Gary Suguitan has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Gary began their career in 2005 as a RF Optimization Engineer at DMPI - Sun Cellular, where they were responsible for GSM/UMTS cluster optimization and performing parameter and physical changes to improve network performance. In 2008, they moved to TDCA - Roshan Telecoms as a RF Optimization Engineer, where they were responsible for G900/G1800 optimization and performing root-cause analysis of RF issues to meet target KPIs. In 2010, they joined iGTL (formerly ADA Celworks) as a RF Optimization Engineer, where they performed test cases simulation for LTE trial for Smart Telecoms and DT log analysis and report generation for acceptance. That same year, they also joined Huawei Indonesia as a RF Optimization Engineer, where they led GSM/UMTS optimization for Excelcom NPI Project and performed troubleshooting of system problems. In 2011, they moved to San Miguel Corporation as a RF Engineer, where they created search rings for candidate nomination for new GSM/LTE sites, performed coverage and optimization simulations, and field survey and validation for new site feasibility. In 2014, they joined Huawei Philippines as a RF Optimization Engineer, where they performed KPI analysis, investigation and improvement of network quality problems. In 2015, they moved to Telnet-Inc. as a RF Engineer, where they performed UMTS/LTE RF test, optimization support and verification of AT&T’s DAS systems deployment. Finally, in 2017, they joined Pramira as a RF Engineer, where they supported T-Mobile Market engineers in their daily LTE/NR optimization activities, provided detailed reports with analysis and recommendations, and attended and resolved customer complaints.

Gary Suguitan attended Mapúa University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
