Oscar Hernandez

Oscar Hernandez has held various positions in the IT industry since 1998. Oscar began their career as a Product Manager at the Florida Department of Management Services in 1998. In 2006, they moved to IBM as an Account Director. In 2011, they joined Pramira as Vice President of Service Delivery, where they were responsible for Service Delivery Management, Application Management Services, P&L, Customer satisfaction, SLAs and KPIs for the domestic market, and executing Managed Services.

Oscar Hernandez received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Universidad de Guadalajara between 1988 and 1992.
