Ravi Shankar Kathirvelu has extensive experience in the technology industry. Ravi Shankar began their career in 1999 as a Senior Engineer at Wipro Technologies Limited. In 2000, they moved to Nortel Networks as a Software Engineer. In 2001, they were a Software Engineer at Axes, and in 2002 they were a Software Engineer at Alcatel. In 2005, they became a Senior Engineer at Tellabs. In 2008, they joined Juniper Networks as a Senior Product Line Manager and Sr. Staff Engineer - Platform Software Lead. In 2019, they were appointed Director - Engineering Services & Solutions at Infosys. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at prancer and Chief Business Officer at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services.

Ravi Shankar Kathirvelu has a diverse educational background. Ravi Shankar obtained their B.E in Electronics and Communication from Madurai Kamaraj University and Thiagarajar College of Engineering. In 2014, they completed a Management Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ravi Shankar also obtained a Product Management, Executive Certificate from University of California, Berkeley in 2014. In 2015, they completed a course in Big Data and Marketing Analytics from University of California, Berkeley. In 2017, they completed a course in Effective Business Negotiation and Leadership from University of California, Berkeley. Currently, they are enrolled in a program for IOT Product Managment at Stanford University, focusing on IOT and AI.
