Mette de Nully

Mette de Nully is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems implementation and optimization, currently serving as Head of HRIS at TotalEnergies and Senior virksomhedskonsulent at Prasinum AB since April and January 2023, respectively. Mette’s prior roles include HR Operation and project lead at Ganni A/S and HR Director at Dansk Kabel TV A/S, with a successful track record in implementing business and HR strategies, overseeing global HR operations, and leading various HR development projects. Mette holds an HD2 degree in Økonomistyring from Copenhagen Business School and a Cand. Mag in Psychology and Culture from Roskilde University, complemented by additional education at the University of Portsmouth and Amtsgymnasiet i Roskilde.
