Shaily Pal

Shaily Pal is an experienced professional in program management and technology, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Pratham Education Foundation since December 2015, following roles as Program Manager and Program Associate - Technology. Prior to this, Shaily worked at Aricent from August 2013 to December 2015 as a Software Engineer, specializing in Third Generation (UMTS) technology. Earlier experience includes an internship at NTPC in the control and instrumentation department, focusing on automation and control systems. Shaily holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, New Delhi, completed in 2013.
