Luiz Bacca

Luiz Bacca is a seasoned professional in the field of procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Supply Analyst at Prati-Donaduzzi since November 2025. Previously, from February 2022 to November 2025, Luiz held roles at Raízen that included a Mid-Level Supply Analyst for industrial services, overseeing an annual spend of approximately R$100 million and managing over 350 contracts with more than 50 suppliers, as well as a Junior Supply Analyst focused on automotive and agricultural sectors with an annual spend of around R$150 million. Luiz's early career includes an internship and scientific initiation at the Federal University of Paraná, where research on biodigestion was conducted, and a role as a Chemical Analyst at Biokohler Biodigestores, monitoring operational parameters of anaerobic digesters. Luiz is furthering education with a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FIA Business School and a Master's in Bioenergy from the Federal University of Paraná.
