Douglas Vale

Douglas Vale is an experienced industrial leader with a strong background in operations management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Diretor Industrial at Prática since October 2023, Douglas previously held positions such as Senior Industrial Manager at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Ar Condicionado Brasil and Production and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Joyson Safety Systems, where oversight included a plant with over 300 employees and net sales of more than BRL 600M per year. Douglas has an extensive history at Adient, managing a plant with more than 1,300 employees and achieving significant cost reductions and operational improvements across multiple plants in South America. Educational qualifications include an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and another MBA from the University of Tampa, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá.
