Natalia Torres is an experienced professional in arts education and operations management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Operations & Programs and previously as Director of Educations & Programs at Pratt Fine Arts Center since October 2021. Prior to this, Natalia held leadership roles at DreamYard Project from August 2016 to November 2021, including Department Director of Visual Art & Maker and School Programs Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles at Prep for Prep, Yale University Art Gallery, The Aloha Foundation, and Yale Center For British Art. Natalia holds a Master of Education in Education Policy & Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnicity, Race, & Migration and Art from Yale University.
