Shannon Kelly Pe

Shannon Kelly, PE has a solid background in civil engineering and project management. From 2014 to 2018, Shannon served as a Civil Engineer & Office Manager at Chattanooga Engineering Group, where they carried out various responsibilities such as analyzing survey data, designing storm drainage and sewer systems, and preparing technical documents and reports. In 2018, Shannon joined Asa Engineering & Consulting, Inc. as a Civil Engineering Project Manager. In this role, they led multiple projects and managed the day-to-day design activities, including contract negotiation, quality control, and permitting. Currently, Shannon holds the position of Director of Engineering at Pratt Home Builders, where they oversee the engineering department.

Shannon Kelly, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Shannon attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Before attending college, they completed their high school education at Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga. Shannon Kelly also holds additional certifications, including a Professional Engineer (PE) license obtained in June 2018 and a Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) certification obtained in October 2013. The certifications were granted by NCEES.
