Katie Leonard

Katie Leonard currently serves as the Head of Real Estate at Pratt Industries, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Katie was the Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities Development at Wellstar Health System from March 2020 to February 2023. Katie's extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors includes partnerships and senior roles at BDR Partners, Turner Construction Company, where Katie worked in various capacities including Procurement Manager and Project Engineer, and Skanska USA Building Inc. as an intern. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Katie has developed strong skills in project management, procurement, and strategic planning throughout a successful career.
