Laurie Dyches

Laurie Dyches has over a decade of experience in training, development, and sales, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Pratt Industries since July 2010. Previous roles at Pratt Industries include Sales Manager and Sales Representative. Laurie also gained experience as a Packaging Co-op at Cummins Turbo Technologies in early 2009, where responsibilities included managing packaging inventory and implementing new packaging designs. Laurie's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, completed between 2015 and 2018, and a prior degree from Clemson University obtained between 2006 and 2010.
