Scott Belt

Scott Belt possesses extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as the Director of National Driver Recruiting at Pratt Industries since November 2004, overseeing distribution across ten plants in the Southwest Region and managing driver recruitment nationwide. Prior experience includes managing a dispatch office at U.S. Liquids of Greater Chicago, where revenue reached eight million annually while overseeing maintenance processes and a staff of fifty. Additionally, Scott served as Corporate Traffic Director at Faure' Brothers Corporation, managing logistics for four warehouse companies, and as a Regional Planner at North American Van Lines, coordinating services for multiple national accounts. Scott is currently engaged in a Ministerial Internship Program at Lee University and has studied at the Wisconsin School of Business and the University of Michigan.
