Kris Percival

Kris Percival currently serves as an Access Specialist at Pratt Institute since September 2023. Previously, Kris held multiple roles at St. Joseph's University New York from September 2009 to October 2022, including Academic Center Director and Student Accessibility Coordinator, as well as Adjunct Professor for several courses such as Freshman Composition and Critical Reading. Kris also worked as a Writing Tutor and is an accomplished author with publications including "Speed Knitting" and "Knitting to Go." Earlier experience includes a teaching position with the Chinese-American Planning Council and serving as Director of Communications at Cowboy Booking International. Kris holds an Advanced Certificate in Disability Studies from CUNY School of Professional Studies, along with a Master of Education from Hunter College, a Master of Fine Arts from Ohio University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by a diploma in History from the University of Kent.
