Nakisha Henry

Kisha Henry has over 19 years of experience in benefits management, with a focus on strategic planning and cost mitigation. NAkisha 'Kisha' has worked at Pratt Institute since 2003, starting as a Benefits Assistant and later being promoted to Assistant Director for Benefits and then Director of Benefits. In their roles, Kisha has overseen benefits for a large workforce, managed compliance and vendor relationships, implemented competitive benefit plans, and led union negotiations. NAkisha 'Kisha' has also successfully saved the company money through audits and RFPs.

NAkisha 'Kisha' Henry attended Spelman College, where they studied Sociology and Women's Studies. NAkisha 'Kisha' later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations at CUNY School of Professional Studies.
