Ridima Jain

Ridima Jain currently serves as a Visiting Associate Professor at Pratt Institute, focusing on a collaborative project aimed at developing affordable community environments in Sierra Leone. In addition to this role, Ridima is an Events Coordinator for Women in Design New York City and a Designer at HLB Lighting Design. Previous experiences include an Industrial Design Internship at RockPaperRobot, a Design Internship at HLB Lighting Design, and roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Pratt Institute. Ridima co-founded MSAD Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd, directing innovation with a focus on AI and machine learning. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from Pratt Institute, a Post Graduate Programme in AI & ML from Purdue University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from the National Institute of Design.
