Bob Prohaska has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Bob started their career at BAE Systems as a Mechanical Engineer in 2009. In 2010, they joined Navistar Defense as a Lead Systems Engineer, where they played a key role in the development of MRAPs. In 2012, they moved to Navistar Inc as the North America Heavy Duty Field Test Manager. In 2014, they joined the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as an Advanced Vehicle Fleet Test & Evaluation Sr. Engineer. In 2017, they joined Milton Manufacturing as the New Product Development Manager, specializing in finding innovative solutions for automotive, defense, and energy industries. Bob Prohaska obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Colorado Denver, which they completed in 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the BatteryMBA certification from Battery Associates in December 2022. Bob also holds a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class A with endorsements in Passenger, Tanker, Doubles/Triples, and Long Combination Vehicle, which was issued by the State of Michigan. Additionally, Bob participated in the Emerging Leaders Program: Becoming a Transformational Leader at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and the Strategic Leaders Program: Vision, Strategy, and Managing the Organization to Drive Results, also at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
