Margaret Kohler

Margaret Kohler is a Design Engineer II at Pratt Miller since March 2021, having previously held the title of Design Engineer I within the same company. Prior to this, Margaret gained research experience at the U-M Compliant Systems Design Lab from January 2019 to January 2021, working on auxetic structures in soft robotics. A mechanical engineering internship at Formlabs in summer 2020 involved designing 3D printers, enhancing rapid prototyping capabilities. Early career roles included student manager at Computer Showcase, where retail management and customer service skills were developed, and co-op positions at the Michigan Department of Transportation focused on connected vehicle technology and material testing. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
