Adrienne Bajaj

VP, Engine Development Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada

Adrienne was named Vice-President of Engine Development Programs in August 2019. She is responsible for the program management of new power plant products, as well as product enhancement and aftermarket support on current P&WC products. This includes turbofan, turboshaft and turboprop engine models and auxiliary power unit engines.

Prior to her current position, she held the role of Executive Director, Turbomachinery Engineering, responsible for the core gas turbine design: compressor, combustion, turbine and transmission systems including disciplines of aerodynamics, design, & structural analysis.

She has also held the role of Senior Director of Externals Controls and Nacelle Engineering; responsible for the design organization developing control systems, installation design, as well as controls software development and certification.

Adrienne joined P&WC in 1998 as an engineer in manufacturing, and has prior positions in diverse engineering disciplines including turbine design, control systems, externals & installation as well as program management.

Adrienne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a MBA, with a focus on finance and international business. Both her degrees are from McGill University.
