Andrea Donovan Napp

Andrea Donovan Napp is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. Currently serving as Director and Senior Counsel for Aftermarket at Pratt & Whitney since June 2017, Napp provides legal guidance to the commercial aftermarket strategy and business development team, specializing in drafting and negotiating complex MRO agreements. Prior to this role, Napp was the Director at Hartford Marathon Foundation from 2014 until January 2020 and held the position of Partner at Robinson+Cole from September 2004 to June 2017, where Napp contributed to the firm's Business Litigation Group and led the Electronic Discovery and Information Management Practice Team. Napp began a legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Christine S.
