Joseph Miko

Joseph Miko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Pratt & Whitney since October 2017, Joseph has held multiple leadership roles including Associate Director of Commercial Aftermarket Forecasting and Commercial Spares Delivery Assurance Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Manager and Transition Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, as well as roles within the Operations Leadership Program at United Technologies Corporation. Joseph began a career in aerospace at Sikorsky Aircraft with a focus on product and process quality. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
