Kevin E. Smith has over 23 years of extensive experience at Pratt & Whitney, currently serving as Flight Test Manager for advanced engine programs. Throughout his tenure, Kevin has held various roles, including Deputy Validation Manager for several advanced engine programs and Compliance Flight Test Manager for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet, overseeing critical flight test activities. Prior positions include Flight Test Engineer and Deputy Validation Manager for both the PW1524G engine on the Bombardier CSeries and the F135 engine for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, where Kevin provided leadership and training to teams. Kevin's educational background includes an MBA and a Master’s degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
