Matt Montgomery

Matt Montgomery is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Pratt & Whitney since April 2005, leading the North Berwick Repair Operations engineering team during a significant ramp in NGPF and F135 projects. Montgomery has held multiple roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Staff Mechanical Design Engineer, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, and Process Engineer, providing technical support, managing teams, and improving processes. Prior to Pratt & Whitney, Montgomery worked as a Field Service Dispatcher at Milton CAT, overseeing job scheduling and parts ordering for repair technicians. Montgomery earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Project Management from New England College.
