Nate Beach

Nate Beach is a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with extensive experience in operations and lean transformation. Currently serving as Product Operations Executive and General Manager of the East Hartford Repair Operation at Pratt & Whitney since November 2019, Beach previously held several leadership roles at GE Aviation from June 2001 to October 2019. Notable positions included C&SC Lean Leader, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise lean transformation across seven global plants, and Plant Leader for both an airfoils plant and a greenfield composites plant start-up. Additional roles included managing proactive quality strategies for the GEnx engine program and leading teams in shop operations to meet key performance goals. Nate Beach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, earned in 2001.
