Richard Gonzales Jr.

Richard Gonzales Jr. has accumulated extensive experience in quality engineering and supervision within the aerospace industry, currently serving as Supervisor of Heat Management and Quality Engineer II at Pratt & Whitney since October 2018. Prior roles at Pratt & Whitney include positions on the Quality Material Review Board and various training certifications, emphasizing quality assurance and production process management. Before this, Richard was employed at QuEST Global as a Model Base Manufacturing Airfoil Inprocess Project Engineer and Material Handler, providing support to Pratt & Whitney. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management with a focus on Human Resources Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has an educational background from Davis Technical College.
