Henrique Souza

Henrique Souza is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Pravaler since July 2024, Henrique previously held the same title at QuintoAndar from September 2021 to July 2024, along with various managerial positions including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes significant roles at Cetelem, where Henrique was responsible for managing software development teams across Brazil and Latin America, implementing automation processes, and overseeing financial authorization ecosystems. Henrique's early career involved various positions in software engineering and development, starting as an intern and working up to roles that focused on Java development and VoIP software. Henrique holds an MBA in Technology Management from FIA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
